Terms and Conditions:
1. Bookings
1.1 Reservation:
Upon acceptance of the quotation, the client is required to make a payment of 50% of the total price within 15 days.
Failure to make this payment within the specified period will result in automatic cancellation of the contract without prior notification to the client.
1.2 Remaining 50% Payment:
The remaining 50% of the total price must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery of the rented material.
Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
1.3 Security Deposit:
A security deposit equivalent to 20% of the total amount stated in the signed quotation is required from the client.
The security deposit serves as a guarantee against any damage or loss of the rented material caused by its use.
The deposit will be refunded to the client after the condition of the material is checked upon its receipt, considering any damages, losses, or breakages.
1.4 Methods of Payment:
Payments can be made through bank transfer, credit card, or cash.
2. Cancellations:
2.1 Booking Transfer:
Bookings may be transferred to another available date, subject to availability.
No refunds will be given for total cancellations.
2.2 Non-Refundable Payments:
Payments made for reservations are non-refundable.
2.3 Refunds:
Once the invoice has been paid, no refunds will be given.
Cancellation of the booking will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and any payments made prior to the event.
2.4 Unused Items:
No refunds or credits will be given for any unused rented items.
3. Delivery and Set Up
3.1 Delivery Requirements:
For delivery, the client must provide the exact location of the entrance for vehicles.
The client must also provide the name and telephone number of the person responsible for receiving the order upon delivery and collection.
3.2 Set Up:
Set up of the rented material is not included in the rental service.
If the client requires assistance with setting up the rented material, they should contact us separately for a quotation.
4. Conditions of use:
4.1 Use of Chargers
The rented chargers are strictly intended for presentation purposes and should not be used for food consumption. These items are delicate and are not designed to withstand direct contact with food.
In the event that we discover that the rented chargers have been used for food consumption, an additional cleaning fee of €2.50 per charger will be charged for the full amount of rented chargers.
It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that the rented chargers are used only for their intended purpose and are handled with care.
If any damage occurs to the chargers due to improper use or handling, the renter will be held liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
The renter agrees to inspect the rented chargers upon receipt and notify us immediately of any existing damages or concerns.
4.2 Use of Plates
The rented plates must be returned free of any food residue or debris; if any plates are returned with food on them, an additional cost of €1.00 for all the items will be charged for the extra cleaning service.
It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that the rented plates are properly cleaned before returning them.
4.3 Use of Transport Container
The rented plates must be returned without any food leftovers or residue; if any plates are returned with food leftovers, an additional cost of €1.00 for all the items will be charged for the extra cleaning service.
It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure that the rented plates are free from any food remnants before returning them.
4.4 Returning Wet Carpets:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that rented carpets are not returned wet due to rain, sprinklers, or any other water source.
If a carpet is returned wet, an additional laundry fee of 30€ per item will be charged to cover the extra cleaning and drying expenses.
It is the customer’s responsibility to take appropriate measures to protect the carpets from moisture during their use, especially in outdoor settings or areas prone to water exposure.
In case of accidental exposure to water, customers should immediately inform the rental company and take necessary steps to minimize damage, such as blotting excess moisture with towels and allowing the carpet to air dry.
4.5 Rental Cushions/Pillows/ Puffs Conditions:
The cushions/pillows /Puffs must be used and maintained with reasonable care. They should be kept in a clean and hygienic condition throughout the rental period.
The renter agrees not to damage the cushions/pillows intentionally or through negligence. This includes avoiding activities that could result in excessive wear, stains, spills, or any other form of damage.
The renter is responsible for protecting the cushions/pillows from exposure to rain, sprinklers, or any other water source that may cause them to become wet. If the cushions/pillows are returned wet, an additional laundry charge of 10€ per item will be applied.
The rented puffs must be returned in a dry and clean condition. In the event that the puffs are returned wet due to rain, sprinklers, or any other factors, an additional laundry charge of €30 per item will be applied.
The cushions/pillows must be returned in the same condition as they were received, excluding normal wear and tear. They should be dry, clean, and free from stains or odors. Failure to return the items in an acceptable condition may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.
Rental Agreement
1. Rental Period
1.1 The rented items are for a specific duration, starting from the agreed-upon pickup or delivery date until the designated return date.
1.2 Any extension of the rental period should be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
1.3 The Client agrees to collect and return the rented item, supplied by The Boss Ibiza, at the place and on the dates agreed at the beginning and end of the rental period.
The Client agrees to return the rented items to The Boss Ibiza in good condition.
2. Late Return
2.1 If the rented items are not returned by the agreed-upon return date, additional rental charges may apply on a daily basis until they are returned.
3. Reporting Damage or Issues
3.1 The Client agrees to use the rented equipment in a responsible and appropriate manner, taking care of its integrity and proper functioning, and avoiding situations that may cause damage.
3.2 Any damage or issues encountered with rented items during the rental period should be reported promptly to The Boss Ibiza.
3.3 Failure to report such damage or issues may result in additional charges.
3.4 A standard cleaning is included in all our prices, which covers stains from food, drink, and light scuff marks from shoes, considered normal event stains.
3.5 However, if irreversible damage is found due to improper treatment such as breakage, footprints, graffiti, cigarette burns, flares, wax, excessive food and drink stains, etc., the Client will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
3.6 Damaged material will remain the property of The Boss Ibiza, and substitutions of material will not be accepted.
4. Liability
4.1 The Client agrees to use the rented equipment in a responsible and appropriate manner, taking care of its integrity and proper functioning, and avoiding situations that may cause damage.
4.2 The Client assumes full responsibility for the rented items during the rental period.
4.3 In case of loss, theft, or irreparable damage, the Client will be liable for the replacement cost of the item(s).
5. Payment for Damages
5.1 The Client will pay in full for the repair of any damage caused by negligent or careless use, as well as cleaning if necessary, during the rental period.
5.2 The amount for repair and/or cleaning will be specified in the repair estimate sent by The Boss Ibiza to the Client’s specified address. The payment will be deducted from the deposit.
5.3 If the deposit is not sufficient to cover the repair and/or cleaning costs, a payment order will be issued, which must be paid within 48 hours.
6. Payment for Restitution
The Client agrees to make full payment for the restitution of the equipment and its accessories in the event of theft, robbery, loss, irreparable damage, and loss of accessories rented from The Boss Ibiza. The amount of restitution will be in accordance with the rates specified in the approved budget.
7. Prohibited Activities
The Client may not rent, pawn, sell, lend, or in any way give as a guarantee the rented equipment.
